Grill Medic came with racks of cleaning supplies and spent a lot of time and energy cleaning the grills — kamado, pellet, Ooni oven. Grill Medic was fantastic. They were super communicative leading up to our appointment and managed to get me in within a few days. Our Napoleon grill was due for a cleaning and needed to have the regulator replaced so I reached out to Grill Medic and another company for quotes and availability.
