Grill Medic came with racks of cleaning supplies and spent a lot of time and energy cleaning the grills — kamado, pellet, Ooni oven. Everything came out clean and ready to get dirty again over the weekend. Excellent value and I would definitely recommend and will be using their service when it's time to put the grills away.

Grill Medic was fantastic. They were super communicative leading up to our appointment and managed to get me in within a few days. Our Napoleon grill was due for a cleaning and needed to have the regulator replaced so I reached out to Grill Medic and another company for quotes and availability. The other company had literally just closed for the season that day and asked me to reach back out in February. Given the weather we typically enjoy here in the Bay Area, I wanted to get the grill cleaned and repaired so that we can still use it this winter.
